28 years experience in the poker industry. TD at Crown Melbourne for the Australasian Poker Championship and Aussie Millions 1997 to 2008. TD for the Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) 2007 to 2016. Also worked as APPT President and Commissioner Australia New Zealand Poker Tour while managing PokerStars LIVE Macau and PokerStars LIVE Manila. Joined the World Poker Tour (WPT) 2017. Responsible for the first WPT events in Australia, Japan, New Zealand & Taiwan. TD for the first India event. Also first time events Saigon, Hanoi, Incheon and Phnom Penh. Big focus on the 2022 WPT World Championship. Executive Tournament Director for PokerStars from Apr 2018 to Sep 2019, focusing on EPT stops and the inaugural 2019 PokerStars Players Championship. 2026, returning as Tournament Director for the Aussie Millions and also TD for select APPT & WPT events.

  • 1997-2007
    Crown Melbourne Tournament Director
    Over the course of 10 years directed poker tournaments from $50 to $250,000 to enter.
  • 2003-2008
    Aussie Millions Tournament Director
    Oversaw the initial growth of the Aussie Millions from 122 entries in 2003 to 780 entries in 2008.
  • 2007-2016
    APPT Tournament Director
    Brand new tour started in 2007 with events in Manila, Seoul, Macau and Sydney. Went on to also become APPT President.
  • 2008
    PokerStars Macau commences operation
    Macau became my base for 8 years and PokerStars Macau was well travelled, located at Grand Waldo, Grand Lisboa and the City of Dreams. PS Macau esablished itself as the premier Asia venue for poker tournaments.
  • 2009-2015
    ANZPT Commissioner
    Enjoyed immensely running this tour which gave players the chance to also explore great locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

    Inducted into the Australian Poker Hall of Fame

    PokerStars Manila commences operation
    Initially established at the City of Dreams Manila before later moving to Okada Manila, which still operates today.

    WPT Live Events Specialist
    Primarily involved with Events throughout Asia Pacific and initial planning for the WPT World Championship. TD for WPT Cambodia in Jan/Feb 2026.
  • 2018-2019
    PokerStars Live Executive Tournament Director
    Focused on EPT events in Monte Carlo, Barcelona and Prague, and the inaugural PSPC in the Bahamas January 2019.

    APPT Tournament Director
    Once again enjoying my first poker role in Asia. Korea will once again be a destination in 2026 and plans are in motion for APPT's 20th anniversary in 2027.

    Aussie Millions Tournament Director
    The wheel has now fully turned with my appointment as TD for the Aussie Millions. Can't wait to visit my original home city for the return of the Aussie Millions.
